Our process using dermal fillers has allowed a breakthrough in penile enhancement. The same products which are FDA approved to enhance cheeks and lips are injected into the penile shaft to significantly increase penis girth and moderately increase in penis length.
Studies show that penile girth is most desirable in terms of appearance and also intimate relations. Penis enhancement injections have the greatest effect on penis girth (circumference).
Our enlargement procedure is performed under local anesthesia and takes about one to two hours. Patients can return to normal activity immediately after treatment. In most cases only two injection sites are used with a microcannula technique. Microcannulas offer enhanced safety over multiple sharp needle injections with less chance of bruising.

H.A.P.I. (Hyaluronic Acid Penile Injections)
The most popular and long lasting hyaluronic acid penis enlargement injection is Juvederm. While typical treatments to the face or lips require 1-3 syringes, penile enlargement with Juvederm Voluma requires on average between 5-15 syringes to the penile shaft.
Base treatment starts with 5-10 syringes of chosen product, however most patients receive 10-20 syringes for full effect over 1-2 treatment sessions. Patients can choose to add on extra syringes on the same day of treatment at a significant discount.
Patients see an immediate result and final results are evident after 1-2 weeks. Duration of the results depends on the products used for the treatment. Patients can expect mild to moderate temporary swelling and possible bruising after the procedure. Sexual activity can resume 2 weeks after treatment in most cases.

What’s the recovery like?
Immediately post-procedure, a gauze dressing will be applied, expected to be changed daily for 1 week. After the procedure, sexual intercourse or any sexual use of the penis should be avoided for 2 weeks. Any rigorous exercise should be avoided for 2 weeks as well. Some soreness is to be expected, especially with unintentional erections. You can drive home after the procedure.

“Beyond Satisfied. This is not a procedure that I had heard of or knew existed. When asked if I wanted to have it done I was hesi-tant. Did a little researchand decided, why not. Just try it. My nerves up to the appointment day were very high. To my surprise it did not take long for the filling process and did not hurt at all. Less than having Botox. Next two weeks there are techniques that need to be done day for massaging, no workouts or sex which honestly is the only negative about it.
